hope that this new board has some better answers in july then we got in may
some issue to think about:
- 12' wide issue
- delinquent dues collection progress/or lack there of with benchmarks
- capital projects progress
- assurances for in house capabilities to perform some capital improvements operations
- developement of fire safety programs; emergency preparedness programs; energy conservation programs
- quality of life concerns
- security concerns

Anyone have info on the Kroft 12' wide full slide park model? There was a general mailing a while back from the Eagle Lake dealer with various models with and without lofts. Went to see them and they look very nice and there are several at LA. If you need a new trailer might be better than going with another 8.5'. Was told they would take them in on trade if 12' wides are ever approved. Eagle Lake (our sister community)is approved for 12' wides because they had the right legal representation. Our new Board of Directors should seriously consider contacting EL and their legal team. They may cost more but will get the job done and cut our losses or we can throw our money down a hole for another four years. The Board needs to be held accountable for wasting our money with this lawyer.
