the bod and management have an obligation to the asso. members to schedule the meetings with the dingman township officials. then they post these meetings on the la web page and the flyers that are distributed at the gate. THEN they have the obligation to HAVE THE MEETING! THERE IS NO EXCUSE SHORT OF 'I HAVE DIED ' TO HAVE A MEETING CANCELED! MEMBERS SHOULD AND I'M SURE EXPECT THIS COURTESY FROM THE BOD AND MANAGEMENT. who would put up with having 2 out of 3 meetings or appointments canceled with your doctor or lawyer-- not many people -- so why should it be any different with the people that are to represent the interests of the asso. members-- they work for us and quite frankly they aren't doing a very good job on a lot of issues. thanks for your comment - chipper

got thru the holidays-- was nice == hope every1 had good holidays -- always glad when it's over.

looking forward to spring -- somehow after new years day the days of course get longer, the flower bulbs are up in the garden ( a little cold right now ) but at least starting to poke out of the ground-- soon there will be more birds, squirrels ( some out last week already ) and the buds swelling on the trees and shrubs -- it is a great time of year.

thinking about la and hope my place is holding up == sure don't want any holes in the roof -- maybe i'll get up there over the next week or so
