well i agree that the dolphins need to be congratulated-- but i have a question???????????? are the dolphins a seal hunting group, whale watching group or an advocacy group for people who eat sardines??? help

The BOD has published a memo saying the covenants committee presented "bogus and invalid " changes to the Covenants. They don't want us to vote. What are they afraid of. Could it be these changes will save the average propery owner money here cause the Association will be responsible to the owners for providing electric,water and sewer to our trailers.
