place is a shambles -- good complaint -- weeds everywhere, rusting trailers on lots, tarps on trailers, and on and on --- people behind and not paying their dues -- well it's all connected -- if they are required to clean and maintain their property they are more likely to pay dues since they get the idea that they will be pursued if they get behind on these smaller responsibilities-- enforcement of these housekeeping rules might actually lead to more timely payment of dues-- it's jus like kids or dogs -- the more they do and get away with== the more they escalate their misbehavior -- soon you have no control and your wondering why this could happen?????????
la has a full time manager -- what is the responsibilities of this position -- is there a job description for this position -- from the looks of things it must be quite brief -- all of the above mentioned problems and the scheduling of the roof job resulting in the closing of the club house during the busy aug season, sloppy clean up after the job, and the list could go on and on -- but bottom line is these are the management responsibilities -- the bod needs to look at these problems== email thoughts to : LACHIPPER@GMAIL.COM

My thoughts are wake people .... Remenber when you Vote for BOD and That you vote with your Wallet , Not cause they are your Friends. And the Gall to Brag we have a SURPLUS now. Lets see the Mortage got paid,we are still working on sewer and Electric . Oh The work gets done the BOD friends Areas First. Mr President your a electrican I here , I wouldn't let you change a light blub. The Electric lines have been burning in the ground every storm.But we put a new service to the compactor. The hell with the owners on the adjacent court.When they complain you go up there duck tape and a shovel.
ReplyDeletewell i don't think many members even know who the bod members are--it is difficult to detemine what these people stand for and how they will attend to the needs and interests of all members -- maybe some1 else can shed some light on this matter
