Anyone have info on the Kroft 12' wide full slide park model? There was a general mailing a while back from the Eagle Lake dealer with various models with and without lofts. Went to see them and they look very nice and there are several at LA. If you need a new trailer might be better than going with another 8.5'. Was told they would take them in on trade if 12' wides are ever approved. Eagle Lake (our sister community)is approved for 12' wides because they had the right legal representation. Our new Board of Directors should seriously consider contacting EL and their legal team. They may cost more but will get the job done

WELL ANON-- that sounds like interesting info on eagle lake and their ability to get 12' wides approved-- what township are they in? -- and yes if another group was successful in getting approval then it would be good to know what they put forth that was helpful in gaining that approval from their township -- the township requirements and concerns are usually similar in these type of situations-- if you can get more info that would be good if you let us know since so many community members have a high interest in this matter - you could do a google search for kroft mobile homes --thanks - chipper

  2. I spelled it wrong, it's Kropf and only certain models are available in full slides and their website doesn't specify which ones. The fliers were supposedly sent to all LA owners. I believe EL is in Lackawanna county and LA did contact them but decided to go with their own attorney. I think cost was a factor.
