When you went to the township meetings the end of '07 what was holding up the approval of 12' wides? Did the attorney have her act together and present a good case?
anon: the first meeting seemed to leave a lot to be desired-- i didn't think the la attorney fully understood the la position and didn't display a strong grasp on the facts pertaining to the la situation-- the second meeting she was able to counter the credibility of one of the township expert witnesses-- the other witness was unchallengeable---i would not have been satisfied with the attorney's performance if i was paying the bill----

Who were the township's witnesses? What were the township witnesses testifying against at LA? Why wasn't any of this published in the Meeting Minutes? If the attorney can't put a case together in all this time it's no wonder she is reluctant to schedule another meeting. We are paying the bill via our dues and it sounds like we're not getting our money's worth.
ReplyDeletei dont recall his name but his credentials did not hold up for him to be a credible witness for the township-- at least that's how i saw it
